被social media演算法控制的大腦：你點開 #Facebook ，通知出現了紅色數字，代表又有獎勵到來了，看到別人給你按like、給你留言，你就覺得很爽。反之，如果過一段時間點開完全沒亮，你就會覺得是不是做錯了什麼，我發的文章演算法不喜歡，觸及率被降低了嗎，可是我講的東西「我覺得」很重要呀。
你就是被追求流量所控制了，你選擇玩這個遊戲，被迫跟不透明的演算法鬥爭卻摸不清全貌。你覺得1000人按讚，比起有1個人來給你留言來得重要。今年我的FB獲得了比去年多很多的關注，因此通知會常常亮起數字，這很好，可是也是警訊。好像沒有人按讚，我的內容就沒價值一樣，產生焦慮徬徨心情，所以便會試圖在FB發非常聳動的一句話開頭，之後才講重點，為的是博取更多關注。然後我就一直追尋著這種發文被按讚的短暫多巴胺快感。把時間都浪費在這上面。有時候，在Mastodon發文沒人看也會改成到Threads發文，賭那微小的機率讓我的內容能飄出去。
什麼時候我們才能不追求按讚數？或許該把我網站任何按讚的功能都移除，要求有意見的人都用電子郵件，增加聯絡門檻，不讓人用廉價的讚表達想法？我們才能真正專注在自己想要的東西上。

I am begging tech companies to stop acting identically to scammers.
My partner got an email from Facebook: "Warning, we have shut down your account, you have 180 days to appeal. Click the link below to appeal"
Of course I tell her not to click the link, and go to the app instead to verify.
AND OF COURSE IT WAS REAL, they are just acting identically to a phishing attack, and we wonder why people fall for them.
