Journalist Tom Germain created a fake page claiming to rank “the best tech journalists at eating hot dogs.” Despite it being obviously false, within a day or two, #Google’s #Gemini and #ChatGPT began repeating the nonsense, showing how easily generative systems can absorb and echo deceptive material when it looks legitimate enough to scrape.

IMHO This fundamental problem with LLMs, the fact that they’re lacking any form of intelligence, not even that of a toddler, is dangerous when applied to high‑stake information. The term #AI should really be banned, and the disclaimer at the bottom of chatbot windows should simply say: “You’re talking to a parrot.”

紙と鉛筆で数式による証明を思い出しながら再現してみた。
ドント方式は、
・比例代表選挙で決まる議席の総数が小さいほど、得票率の高い政党が得する
・比例代表選挙の各比例ブロックに名簿を提出する政党が多いほど、得票率の高い政党が得する
だから、
・比例ブロックに分かれて各ブロックで争う議席数が少ないほど、得票率の高い政党が得し、比例ブロックを無くし全国で争えば、名簿を提出する政党が多過ぎなければ、得票率の高い政党が得をする傾向は薄まる。
・全国1ブロックで実施される参院選は、比例で選出される議員数が少ないので、ドント方式だと、得票率の高い政党が得する
・議員定数削減なんて話が持ち上がっているが、比例代表選挙を残しても、得票率が高い政党がさらに得をするようになるだけ
