IMHO This fundamental problem with LLMs, the fact that they’re lacking any form of intelligence, not even that of a toddler, is dangerous when applied to high‑stake information. The term #AI should really be banned, and the disclaimer at the bottom of chatbot windows should simply say: “You’re talking to a parrot.”

ドント方式は、
・比例代表選挙で決まる議席の総数が小さいほど、得票率の高い政党が得する
・比例代表選挙の各比例ブロックに名簿を提出する政党が多いほど、得票率の高い政党が得する
だから、
・比例ブロックに分かれて各ブロックで争う議席数が少ないほど、得票率の高い政党が得し、比例ブロックを無くし全国で争えば、名簿を提出する政党が多過ぎなければ、得票率の高い政党が得をする傾向は薄まる。
・全国1ブロックで実施される参院選は、比例で選出される議員数が少ないので、ドント方式だと、得票率の高い政党が得する
・議員定数削減なんて話が持ち上がっているが、比例代表選挙を残しても、得票率が高い政党がさらに得をするようになるだけ
