で、回答は「方法1：ウィジェットやカスタムHTMLで設置（最も簡単）」「方法2：テーマのヘッダーやフッターに直接追加」「方法3：functions.php で <head> に自動挿入する」で、テーマが #Cocoon なので、functions.phpを使わずに、<head>に次のコードを入れられた。
