I guess Friendica.World shouldn't feel so bad about being down a lot over server errors. Bluesky isn't doing much better today. The article makes it sound like this was resolved but I just tried to access my Bluesky account and got "Internal Server Error." Ironically today I can access my Friendica.World account.

One thing about service disruptions on a decentralized network is that you get to find out how decentralized the network actually is, and how various claims of independence line up with reality.
mcc @mcc, who really knows their stuff, and has taken this opportunity to take a hard look at what happens to 'independent' services, including #Blacksky, when #Bluesky has issues.
