Not on #Bluesky that much, but I would rate #Mastodon as more reliable & resilient due to its design... Also being on the TurtleIs.land Bluesky PDS is more reliable...
The TurtleIsland.social Mastodon instance has had a few infrastructure performance issues over the years, but I can't think of an actual crash or outage besides the less than 15 seconds during upgrades, which you would be hard pressed to identify.
But all social media cracks sometimes.
