Everyone on X is now rage-baiting others by intentionally posting false, racist and controversial posts to farm engagement, all just to earn money. Social network needs to be de-centralised, it needs to be like open internet which no single company or government can control. GotoSocial created the interactionPolicy for activities, but declined creating a FEP
Mastodon used the interactionPolicy and applied it to actor objects and will publish a FEP
Loops is using both
This is the magic of the fediverse.
Any project can innovate and create new extensions to push the fediverse forward.
And the biggest projects like @Mastodon will work to ensure compatibility, no matter how popular your project is, to the best of their ability.
