Looking for some technical suggestions (as I have no idea what I am doing) with #wordpress #activitypub plugin as it's not working for me. I have a wordpress site where I use the address https://www.northcapemusic.co.uk/blog/ for posts about my music. It's been dormant for a while, but i recently made a new post and it didn't show up on the fediverse profile here. @northcapemusic You can see I added a few random images via the ActivityPub plugin that worked (as I had 'supported post types > media' turned on, now turned off so only 'posts' is selected) , but the posts don't appear. Any ideas greatly appreciated!
Hey Fed, I know most of you are pretty technically savvy, but just in case, here’s a public warning: be cautious of scam verification bots. If you see one, do not click the link. Report and block the bot instead.

Hi @debby
your description is very insightful.
#multilingual #multilanguage #i18n
#fediverse #activitypub et al.
Imagine a fediverse software doing it like it was meant to be:
https://www.w3.org/TR/activitystreams-core/#naturalLanguageValues ff. and recent comment by Evan https://github.com/w3c/activitystreams/issues/616#issuecomment-2830962874
Actors define which language they are capable of and maybe how much, just like the https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Reference/Headers/Accept-Language
The software can know the incoming languages even if they are not defined:
https://github.com/redaktor/languages
incl. 852 languages, also esperanto and those from the people having no internet (am the author).
Then Debby gets the posts in English or Esperanto when available, can keep post seperate and „no more mixing languages and annoying anyone! “

Late night progress. #LateNightDevs #ActivityPub #Enigmatick

“I am excited about the power of client side innovation.”
Another subtle plug for the #ActivityPub C2S API from @evan
It’s interesting—I primarily use the #Fediverse for blogging, not microblogging.
People used to complain about that. But after two years, I haven’t received a single complaint. Which means people have got used to the notion that #ActivityPub does not need to be Twitter-like.
Okay, really interesting that rich text and out-of-band hashtags are supported in #ATProtocol but not the #Bluesky client.
Haha. I guess it’s not so different from #ActivityPub in some aspects.

I decided since I don't understand how all of this works, I will just simply ask Jerry personally about all of this data and technical details, so that people will no longer be confused about all of this.
Includes an exclusive interview with Jerry.
