I just saw a great session on accessibility and the "global south" which refers to a lot of places in rural USA as much as it does to South America and African countries.
Technological disparities including bandwidth, computer power, stable electric supply, and poverty-limited access to technology and software are still huge problems that affect business and society everywhere.
Not as exciting or solvable as a botched CSS or bad ARIA, but still very important.
