Finding a reliable and competitive Web hosting provider for my #Wordpress blog within the EU is proving to be quite challenging, apparently.
For over 20+ years, I hosted my WP blog in a US server paying about 39€ per year. All options I've found so far within the EU don't come even close to that kind of pricing! 😤
Cheapest Web hosting provider I've found so far is around 140€ per year (If not more!). Jesus! 🤬
Any recommendations / tips folks at #BuyEuropean can share please? 🙏🏻😅

Wenn ich mir so einige Blogs angucke, die so im Internet geführt werden, bin ich etwas ratlos: Fragen sich die Schreibenden, warum sie nicht gelesen werden? Wollen sie nicht gelesen werden? Ist es ihnen wumpe? Oder denken sie sich, dass man diese Blogs wegen des guten Namens liest? Ich weiß hier wirklich nicht weiter.

Schon geil, wie Agenturen über #WordPress-Plugins Druck auf Kunden ausüben. Eine Agentur hat ne Seite gebaut, Kunde zieht zu mir um. Agentur: »Jaaaa, aber hier drölfhunder Euro für die Lizenzen der dutzenden Plugins, die wir verwendet haben! Musste zahlen, wenn wir die Seite nicht mehr betreuen!«
Und don't get me started about WordPress-Plug-ins… Das ist so viel left-pad*-Scheiße.
