Since the UN claims it cannot provide sufficient #funds for an adequate press office (allegedly due to defunding by the #USA), I suggest they hire a few volunteers and eliminate some of those representative positions with five-figure salaries instead ;)

When it comes to lowering the war premiums, that requires stability for a long period of time which the U.S administration is anything but or domestic insurances as in avoiding the insurance mafia better known as Lloyd's of London which coined the term "shadow fleet", "dark fleet", "ghost fleet" for vessels not insured with them, which the #USA and #EU has adopted and used to seize vessel, board them and whatnot, which is technically declaration of war with a nation when that happens.
