Made the mistake of thinking I could view #Twitter in read-only mode. It is still the same place as it was before, just there is a paid priority lane now.
Same patterns, like none of any of it happened, communal amnesia for the sake of network effect once a critical mass went?
I know my brain is odd, I do. But dang it, man. I can't make it make sense.

I am attempting to view-only #Twitter but it has me feeling negative feelings towards others very quickly, that I don't want.
- The same parasocial stuff is there, folks with many thousands of followers
- almost everyone has a blue check mark
- you'd think it was the original infosec twitter days, maybe
- still see posts of folks talking about how Twitter sucks
Can't prove it, yet assume I need a checkmark for folks to see my engagement, and need to like validate myself so people will converse with me instead of ignoring?
Anyway, I know I joined for a news feed but love conversing with people.
