Всем привет! Меня зовут Дмитрий, я разработчик сервиса Vega.chat и я уже как 4 года, веду свой блог про безопасность в сети. Мы уже все понимаем, что блокировка Telegram будет в этом году. Сейчас власти делает это этапами, чтобы люди понемногу и без кипиша, мигрировали на Max. Понятно, что не все смогут или захотят это, но тут либо VPN либо более гуманная альтернатива - MTProxy. Вот как раз для этих людей и был создан скрипт для простой установки на сервер (рекомендую ubuntu 22-24)в одну команду в терминале. Понятно что вы можете скомпилировать все сами из оригинального проекта https://github.com/TelegramMessenger/MTProxy , но тут все зависит от ваших навыков.

More #Russia whining that ‘not only did they shut down #Starlink, but also #Telegram.’ In addition to the traditional complaints about ‘communication paralysis’ and ‘sabotaging the front’ on military channels, we also have a bonus - even Yelena Mizulina, the chief censor of the Russian Internet, has spoken out. But instead of praising the Telegram blockade, she was surrealistically outraged that ‘it is symbolic that today is World Safer Internet Day. You could say it’s a holiday. It’s like a gift, right?’
Writer Yegor Kholmogorov, on the other hand, was extremely sceptical about the idea of moving to the government’s ‘Max’ messenger, grumbling that the only consequence of blocking Telegram would be ‘the collapse of a society incapable of any solidarity and filled with growing hatred’.
Reading such words, it is really difficult not to ask yourself the question: are they really that stupid? After all, everything they describe as ‘the collapse of society’ is 100% Putin’s internal policy since 2011, which they not only enthusiastically supported in relation to Russians, but even more so supported its export to Ukraine.
