FB21159411 #CloudKit causes excessive view updates with #SwiftData Queries
Things are pretty bad for me to file feedback.
App views are updated far too often regardless if data changes. (at least on MacOS)
For simple text views you are unlikely to notice. With more complex views such as a map with the markers dancing around with each update it is a deal breaker.
I am wondering if this is causing some sketchy app behavior in Tahoe?
or I'm holding it wrong…

Does anyone have any experience with getting an app through App Review that contains photo sharing? My next update contains deck collaboration and cards in my app allow for photos to be attached. I can see that as an obvious vector for abuse and want to know if participants' ability to leave a shared deck is enough protection? I added Declared Age Range and Sensitive Content Analysis APIs, to gate the feature to 16 years or older. #iosdev #collaboration #swiftui #ios26 #indiedev #indieapp
