Die Frage ist nicht ob die OpenAIs dieser Welt ein Datenleck haben werden, sondern wann.
Fotos und pers. Daten gehören nicht in LLMs. Diese Daten sind im Falle eines Abflusses sehr wertvoll, um diverse Straftaten zu begehen. Von Identitätsdiebstahl, Erpressung, Deepfakes, bis hin zum Einbruch.
Kids sollten ein Verbot zum Upload solcher Informationen von Eltern bekommen. Es muss auch in den Lehrplan.

Vielerorts wird die Einführung eines Social-Media-Verbots für Jugendliche angepriesen. Fragen der Umsetzung werden kaum beantwortet.
Zeit für einen Überblick:
Beim zweiten Lesen Bezahlschranke (€).
Fazit: Nur die EU-Wallet könnte einen DSGVO- und DSA-konformen Check einer Altersschranke ermöglichen. Alles andere nicht!
