-Ab 16 Jahren gilt: Social Media ist legal – aber reguliert.
-In der Öffentlichkeit sind maximal 25 Posts/Tag und 3 Apps erlaubt.
-Erwachsene dürfen sich in lizenzierten „Social Clubs" organisieren – max. 500 Mitglieder, 25 Stunden Screentime pro Monat inklusive.
-Das Anlegen sogenannter „digitaler Vorräte" über den erlaubten Mengen ist strafbar.
-Die Nutzung ist verboten in Schulen, auf Spielplätzen sowie im Umkreis von 200 Metern – und natürlich im Straßenverkehr.
-Unter 16? Komplett verboten. Wer Zugangsdaten oder Geräte an Minderjährige weitergibt, riskiert bis zu 5.000 € Strafe.
-Influencer dürfen keine Inhalte erstellen, die sich erkennbar an Kinder oder Jugendliche richten.
-Werbung gegenüber Kindern ist untersagt.

Yet social media seems to cherish them - and at the same time complains about politicians.
