Aber Strafrecht ist nicht harmonisiert, daher könnte man das #SocialMediaVerbot einfach dort regeln. Hier ein Formulierungsvorschlag:
§ 207 (neu)
(1) Wer ohne das sechzehnte Lebensjahr vollendet zu haben, sich Zugriff auf Soziale Medien verschafft oder ein Profil auf Sozialen Betreibt wird wird mit Freiheitsstrafe oder mit Geldstrafe bis zu zwei Jahren bestraft.
(2) Wer ohne das sechzehnte Lebensjahr vollendet zu haben, einen Dienst zur Bereitstellung von Soziale Medien betreibt oder diesen unterstĂĽtzt wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fĂĽnf Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.
(3) Wer Kindern und Jugendlichen, die das sechzehnte Lebensjahr nicht vollendet haben Zugang zu Geräten gewährt mit denen auf Soziale Medien zugegriffen oder Soziale Medien Dienste bereitgestellt werden können, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fünf Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.
(4) Die Tatmittel können eingezogen werden.
(5) Der Versuch ist strafbar.
(6) Von einer Bestrafung kann abgesehen werden, wenn eine ausreichende Sanktionieren durch Erziehungsberechtigte in zeitlich unmittelbaren Zusammenhang mit den Taten erfolgt, die Bestimmungen des § 1631 (2) BGB sind nicht anzuwenden.
Stellt man auf Ebene der Jugendlichen die Social Media Nutzung unter Strafe hat man auch weniger Probleme mit der Nichtdurchsetzbarkeit von AnsprĂĽchen, das ist ja bei groĂźen US Tech Konzernen immer ein Problem.

If we somehow make it through this, and fact-based history is written & widely available someday, I am certain that it will confirm that social media, ad-tech (and now AI) companies intentionally exacerbating the absolute worst instincts of the general public for profit is what led to the fascist surge and near-death of democracy in the west.
