I think even if I like tarot I can't focus on that right now but it still leaves me with two websites to work on. I have also yet to make a dedicated social on Bluesky and threads (here it's ok). I need my presence to be coherent.
I've seen that several people had a #substack. I still have trouble understand what that is. Other write on #medium but it doesn't seem relevant to my case. I never read #newsletters but I'm dubious with how scattered social media are rn #SocialMedia #writingcommunity

It's really frustrating that social media has conditioned people to be on the attack all the time. We used to be able to have differing opinions and not hate someone for it. Maybe its the lack of subtext and facial queues in communicating online.
I should be able to have a preference, express my experiences without being treated like I am posting in bad faith. As someone with some amount of social anxiety, it's fucking tiring.

On a social group mailing list I'm part of there is an ongoing discussion about FB suspending the accounts of some of them for violating 'Community Standards' – by being Leftist or even Liberal.
I don't know if this is some intentional FB push to make itself more MAGA-friendly or even if things have happened as they say it happened. But I do know the underlying problem!
And yet somehow I've managed to not butt in to either call them fools for using FB or suggest the Fedi instead…
