useEffectEvent in #React: Essential Do's and Don'ts Guide

Well, it's time for me to learn a new web technology. Since React keeps getting more dangerous.
Also, the gall to compare #react, a flagship software project maintained by a trillion dollar company, to Log4J, a community maintained library with no paid contributors. That's some next-level lack of self awareness. #react2shell
"Our code is not designed with security in mind or defence in depth, so minor coding mistakes become a security vulnerability."

To my money, there are several good arguments in favor of using React.
... and the biggest argument against using it is just... using the Facebook web interface. Like now. Like right now.
Cursor just narrowed the gap between “idea in your head” and “UI in your app.”
The new visual editor for the Cursor Browser lets you:
- Rearrange layout with drag & drop on live DOM elements
- Surface React props in a sidebar to test component variants
- Adjust flexbox, grids, & typography with visual controls
- Point at elements & prompt agents to apply changes in seconds.
This is what it looks like when IDE, browser, and AI agents converge.

Bitterly, bitterly disappointed in y'all for ZERO Frankie Goes To Hollywood React2Shell memes. I gave y'all a week, too. Sigh.
