Box korrigiert.

So you bought yourself a Raspberry Pi, now what? You download Raspberry Pi Imager of course, the imaging utility by Raspberry Pi.

Install Raspberry Pi Imager on a computer with an SD card reader (or usb port 🤓), plug-in your microSD card and install Raspberry Pi OS then go wild.

I have a post on how to install it on Arch Linux, you can have a look to get started.

I wrote an article for the #RaspberryPi Official Magazine about "Controlling chickens with Java". Dave Duncanson created SmartCoop with #Java and @pi4j to fully automate his chicken coop. It regularly opens and closes the coop’s main door, collects the eggs, and makes sure there is enough food and water. It performs these tasks automatically, so he can get away for more than a day or two. Read the full story here: raspberrypi.com/news/smartcoop

Well the laptop has arrived, nicely boxed and in one piece.
At the moment she's resting in the corner warming up before first use.

According to SWMBO I'm grinning like the proverbial Cheshire cat.
