I'm playing with parsing #Python code, changing it, and then writing it back. Specifically, reading Django’s `settings.py` file, add a string to the `INSTALLED_APPS` list, and then writing the file.
- https://pypi.org/project/redbaron/ was straight-forward — it was basically a one-liner; however, library hasn't been updated since 2019
- got https://pypi.org/project/libcst/ to work, but it's complicated; it does have recent releases, though
- looked at how http://github.com/adamchainz/django-upgrade does it, but 😵💫
