No. But I hear the community: you want text-only posts.

We are going to build this as an opt-in feature. If you want microblogging, turn it on.

If you prefer the classic media-only experience, nothing changes.

@PixelFed only succeeds when we listen to you, the community.

Another question re pixelfed: I appreciate to know where a photo was taken. Therefore I, too, always add that information to my pictures. Bothe in the description and in the 'Location' field in the form to create the post.
BUT: I am not able to enter places myself. Either I find the town/village or I cannot specify where the picture was taken.
How can I add my own (thorougly spell checked) locations?

A question regarding pixelfed: How can I search for multiple hashtags. I want, for instance, find posts that show architecture in Montpellier. I can search for either and will find lots of entries. (I'm using the web interface with pixelfed.de)
