Tja, dann ist #Pixelfed wohl doch noch nicht weit genug, wenn die Save-Buttons in der Android-App und das Folgen und Anzeigen von gefolgten Hashtags in der Timeline nicht funktionieren. 🤷🏼♂️

Habe mich schon gewundert, warum mein Feed auf pixel.tchncs.de so leer ist, obwohl ich schon Hashtags folge. Der Grund ist wohl, dass die Posts von Hashtags nicht in der Timeline landen, was leider nirgendwo außer in diesem Blogpost erwähnt wird.
Also mal den Server wechseln... 🙄

It turns out that the weirdness I was experiencing was apparently just Photog.social's new admin defederating from Mastodon.social (and possibly Pixelfed.social?). I thought I was going crazy when I was trying to follow a user and see specific posts from that instance, but couldn't do either.
There's some strange irony that a photography-based Mastodon server is preventing one of the largest photography Fediverse-based platforms from interacting with it.
