I went looking for a simple blog platform written in PHP to add to my website. Found one of those "fifteen best" lists for lightweight PHP blogs. Great! Then I started looking at GitHub repos for each one. Only one had been updated in the last two years. The oldest hadn't had an update in nine years. I guess I'll just write something. 🙄 #PHP

I'm still praising #FilamentPHP for being great for creating panels.
My only grief about it is the lack of particular components.
Sometimes you want to show alerts (not notifications), or timers, or else, and you have to make them yourself.
I wonder if there is a Filament PHP "components package" that solves this.
