This is not collaboration, it's reputation laundering.
Once that credibility is transferred, it's used to influence viewers to buy products or services.
Many of these are repackaged or rely heavily on existing open-source tools rather than original work.

I think both unit testing and package management should not be an after thought or optional.
Ship #phpunit as part of #php .
End the headache that composer creates and have sane package management like #golang .
If PHP is so high level, why do we have to boostrap basic features like that every time we start a new project.
