@bjarkess @matrix I mean, I kind of understand why they are on YouTube. They need more attention to further their goals. PeerTube just doesn't have the attention. Hell, around half of the people on Mastodon don't even know what PeerTube is, and the other half that does, most of them wont boost videos to begin with.
So yeah, it makes sense for them to put it up on YouTube.
It would be nice if they also put it up on #PeerTube as well though. At least give us a choice.

Peertube keeps putting out notifications for my videos. It definitely triggers when the videos supposedly changed. I just added the missing subtitles for a few of the oldest videos. Now there are notifcations getting pushed to the fediverse again. Anyone know how to turn of notifications on changing videos? New ones, yes, but not changing ones.
And I still don't know what triggered it over the last few days, because I did nothing then.
