Extracting the spinal fluid from humans for "alien" consumption is often viewed as predatory, while that maybe true, humans have been hunting and killing many life forms most of their existence, both for their consumption and for fashion and other uses as well, what is different now is that humans have been lead to believe they are the top of the food chain, expect that has never actually been true, it's just that the prey humans have pursued never really unionized and fought back on a level humans can relate to, now a spices that appears greater than us, is using us for food and all of a sudden humans are trying to play the have compassion card, a card they never carried themselves, it is often ironic how when the tables are turned people are willing to cry out stop help, but always lived to ignore those pleas from both their own kind and the other spices they shared earth with, only time will tell if the aliens will consume all humans at once, or if they will begin to enslave and grow them like cattle for their diners, in either event when reality comes calling humans are always caught with their pants down;
