Drawpile 2.3.0-beta.3 is out: https://drawpile.net/news/release-2.3.0-beta.3/
This is mostly a bugfix release for a weird Windows-specific issue where playing a sound could cause drag and drop or file dialogs to stop working.
One small feature did make it in: pixel art input. It bypasses stabilization and smoothing to let you poke pixels directly.
