Ciekawy artykuł opisujący, siłą rzeczy dość skrótowo, perypetie firmy SCO i jej batalii prawnej, najpierw przeciw IBM, a potem ogólnie przeciw linuksowi.
Jak wynika z artykułu, batalia zakończyła się w 2016 roku, ma jedna swój ciąg dalszy, co mnie cokolwiek zaskoczyło...

Ein neuer Bericht der Linux Foundation zeigt, dass #OpenSource in Europa weit genutzt wird, es an strategischen Ansätzen mangelt. Während 64% der Unternehmen #OSS für Betriebssysteme und 55% für Cloud-Technologien einsetzen, haben nur 33% eine formelle Strategie. Besonders für Open-Source-KI fehlt es an Investitionen.
