But why spend the time curating issue and PR labels? Why *bother* at all? #opensource resources are scarce after all. To me, there's two reasons:
1. To aid searching. New contributors, old issues etc
2. To systematically communicate the status of a piece of work. Great for wrapping up a milestone.
