While I was still working on the#AIAct, #PLD and coordinating on #CRA, my EP colleagues and I made sure the legislator understood the specific needs #OpenSource development and business models have. For example, the collaborative development of software on public platforms could be read as commercial acting, as making available or placing a product on the market. The author described getting up in the morning, on a normal day to find all of his services not working anymore because of "hidden" or open connections and backdoors and kill switches to the US. Trump hat switched off. Does anybody know the article? Please help, so that I dont have to write it myself...
