That was quick and disappointing: Project “Tumbleweed” died faster than a mayfly. The reason: the built-in Intel WLAN card is recognized correctly, but I can't use it to connect to the router. “Waiting for authorization” in an endless loop, and eventually it crashes.
I don't have this problem with any other distribution! Neither Fedora nor Mint, not even Debian or FreeBSD. With all of them, the WLAN connected immediately without any problems: select the WLAN network, enter the password, done!
But with Tumbleweed, nothing happens after entering the password, nothing at all except this waiting message and the crash... Well, that was that. I'm not going to waste my time and nerves for no reason.
