#OpenSource im Unternehmen funktioniert!
Die Technik tut, was sie soll - die Herausforderung liegt eher im Umstellungsprozess. Das hat Holger Franck mit seinem Team von Bergwerk IT aus Schwerin gestern beim @webmontagkiel deutlich gemacht.
Umstellungen aber sind immer eine Herausforderung, egal ob man von Microsoft Office auf M365 oder bspw. Nextcloud umstellt. Man muss sich darum kümmern und am besten stehen Geschäftsführung UND IT-Abteilung hinter der Umstellung, um beste Voraussetzungen für ein Gelingen zu haben. Den Hinweis von Holger fand ich noch einmal wichtig.
Meine Motivation für diesen Talk war, dass mir Unternehmen sagen, dass sie zu Open-Source wollen und keinen Dienstleister finden und Dienstleister sagen, dass sie keine Kunden finden. Wir sagen: fangt an!

The advocacy for privacy is kind of like a 'Silent Revolution' from the past decade till now.
More & more people are becoming aware of their #privacy rights & have concerns about #surveillance.
Even the #BigTech are compelled to add privacy features in their products. We have got great #FOSS apps.
But still, I think we have a very long way to go in this revolution.
