This sounds like a nice opportunity to get into open source and get paid at the same time blog.documentfoundation.org/bl

Altbot v2.2 is out!
Main instance ( @altbot ) now runs Gemma3:27b which means:
~30% less electricity per alt-text 🌱, better accuracy (especially with memes or internet references because it is a larger model), and stronger multilingual support!

Other stuff in v2.2:

I’ll be colocating the server soon, which is a pretty heavy cost. (to protect from future DDos attacks and to improve uptime) If you’d like to support accessibility + open alt-text generation, you can donate (or just talk about it or boot this post if you dont have the means to donate!):

Huge thanks to everyone who has already donated. Altbot would not be possible without you. Your support helps me keep doing what I do and motivates me to keep building this awsum project :3

Thank you for helping keep Altbot sustainable. And the Fediverse Accessible <3

Decided to dig into how my grandpa came to the UK in the 60s using a bit of OSINT 🕵️‍♂️ Found a wedding document already! Any tips on what to look at next? Would love to track down where he lived back then or how he actually arrived here.

Any tips?

Anyone of my followers have access to the JLCPCB ordering API (preferably docs) - scoping if it would be a good source for a InvenTree SupplierMixin plugin once that merges.

I do not think I have enough orders (0 this year ;-) ) jlcpcb.com/help/article/jlcpcb

Today I managed to send a few crypto donations to the people I wanted to support and whose wallet addresses I could find. Big thanks to the FOSS developers! 🙂
