ALASCA is an European foundation as an umbrella for open source projects according to European standards: https://alasca.cloud/en/about-alasca/
It joins other European open source foundations, such as the Eclipse foundation (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eclipse_Foundation) and the Document foundation (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Document_Foundation).
You can compare it to the Apache foundation or Linux foundation.
Do not hesitate to send them project proposals!
