Interesting, South Korea introduces universal basic data access.
Throw in a mandatory low cost #opensource #linux mobile offering (e.g., from the well known Korean manufacturers) and it becomes a fairly drastic reshaping of people's digital environment.
In the end it is all down to political will and having a vision for digital technology as an essential fabric of society, not to be abused by an oligarchy.
