No, I'm serious.
We *must* end petty one-up-manship & virtuoso knowledge-signalling.
A few years ago, one of the most prominent #OpenSource developers of our age gleefully told me how he dressed down a young, inexperienced junior developer at a code review at his company. WTF!?!
Deal with your insecurity about yourself & don't roll your 💩 downhill to the next generation.
For me, only in my 0x32's am I able to brush that off.
Be kind to Padawans.
