- #DeltaChat, molt fàcil d'instal·lar i configurar (automatitzat). Molt lleuger, no sembla consumir res de màquina. Xifrat molt fàcil.

I've tried moving my family to [matrix] ( Element X specifically). They got encrypted messages, rooms they couldn't find, no notifications, long load times - overall they said "it doesn't work". Now I've been coup d'etat-ed and another group on WhatsApp has taken power. Maybe it works for large companies' work chats, but for regular people switching is still so hard.

Long time #matrix user and admin here, but a bit disappointed with my recent admin struggles. I short, spent a lot of time troubleshooting why the new Element X client wouldn't sync on my #Synapse server.
After a long time and many discussions with both Grok and Gemini found out from the client side debug logs that the highest stream ID on the server was not able to get parsed in the Rust library the client was built with. In other words, my server was too old and had seen too many events. 1/2

Wir haben heute den finalen Transfer von Offline- zu Onlineberatungsstelle eines Kunden bewerkstelligt. Vollständig Open Source und dsgvo konform.
Es geht dabei um aufsuchende #Sozialarbeit im Bereich der Prostitution/Sexarbeit. Klientinnen können nun vollständig anonym, mit #VPN oder #TOR oder ohne, beraten und begleitet werden.
Alles mit #fdroid, Vanadium oder sogar mit Google Pixel und #GraphenOS machbar.

МУЧИТЕЛЬНЫЕ: Матрикс и все ему подобные
Матрикс, может, и хорошо всё шифрует, но в использовании совсем не удобен. Сервера этой сети активны от силы год или полтора, само шифрование подразумевает ношение с собой флешки для ключа шифровки, но даже с ключом и всеми имеющимися данными для успешной авторизации вас ничего не спасёт от полной потери переписки при выходе и повторном заходе в сеть
Как-то раз я специально создал аккаунт в Матриксе и написал в нескольких шифрованных чатах что-то вроде "Привет", чтобы люди мне ответили - а затем вышел из Element, удалил Element и поставил его снова, успешно зайдя в сеть под тем же логином / паролем, импортировав сохранённый ключ шифрования. Все ответы во всех личных чатах остались зашифрованны, даже спустя месяц.
И, да, выгружать файлы в публичную комнату, а потом потерять доступ к ней из-за отключки сервера обидно!
