Hay gente que se queja por todo.
Todo.
Las 24 horas del día.
Y no exagero.
Te cuentan la lluvia, el calor, el frío, la nevera vacía, el vecino que respira… y tú solo quieres un segundo de paz, respirar y seguir con tu vida.
Son como un ruido constante que no se apaga, una presión que va minando el ánimo sin que te des cuenta.
Lo peor no es que se quejen, eso pasa.
Lo peor es que parecen necesitarte ahí para asentir, para alimentar su propio drama.
Y acabas atrapado en un bucle donde todo es insuficiente, donde todo molesta y nada calma.
Con ellos aprendes rápido algo: no es tu trabajo arreglar el mundo ni cargar sus quejas.
Lo que sí puedes hacer es poner distancia, respirar y decidir con quién compartes tu tiempo y tu energía.
Porque si no lo haces, ellos se llevan la tuya sin pedir permiso.

Falls Du #neuhier im #Fediverse und auf mastodon.social gelandet bist, sei nicht nur am Rande erwähnt, daß es möglicherweise nicht der Einstiegspunkt mit der besten Nutzungserfahrung ist.
mastodon.social gilt als recht überlaufen und experimentiert mit der Abschaltung von lokaler und föderierter Zeitleiste...
... eine Instanz mit Regional- oder Themenbezug mag vielleicht angenehmer für den ein oder anderen Mitmenschen sein und bietet möglicherweise über die lokale Zeitleiste eine interessante Nachbarschaft.
Und jetzt kommt's: Das #Fediverse heißt nicht umsonst föderiertes Universum. In diesem Verbund muß eine Instanz nicht mit der Software #Mastodon betrieben werden, es existieren diverse andere, auch mit Fokus abseits vom #Mikroblogging. Zum Beispiel #Friendica (mehr #Makroblogging) oder #Pixelfed (Bilder) oder #PeerTube (Videos) oder #Loops (Kurzvideos) oder #Bookwyrm (Bücher) oder... oder... oder... und auch im Bereich #Mikroblogging gibt es mehr als #Mastodon, etwa die Vertreter der #Misskey-Familie oder #Pleroma / #Akkoma.
Theoretisch auch #Mammuthus, auf dem hhmx.de läuft... 😎
Anders ausgedrückt: Wenn Du Dir auf mastodon.social unsicher bist, ob es Dir gefällt oder nicht, wirf nicht gleich das Handtuch (was ohnehin als galaktischer Anhalter ein wichtiges Utensil ist), sondern einen weiteren Blick in die Weiten des #Fediverse... 🌐
