#HankGreen made an observation that like with #food , we are hungry for #information , and like with food there is a ton of processed garbage information out there for you. I will take that further to say that especially in places like FB and X you have to be constantly aware of wanting to eat that information and believe it and you have to learn, then unlearn it like yoyo dieting. Places like #mastodon are much closer to your local food coop, where you don't have to worry as much about eating garbage information but it still pops up here and there. Like with bad food, having it out of sight out of mind makes you crave it less which is why I'm on mastodon a lot more than the other platforms. Too much garbage information there I don't want to get tempted to get obese and poisoned by. Staying over here might be a little more dull for many but so is food that is good for you when comparing it to the processed crap. Lets hope we can get all social media platforms some day to help us limit addictive information, same with forcing our food companies, most bought by cigarette companies and running their food business on the same model as when they made cigarettes, and how many social media platforms make their social media addictive using the same model as casinos.

A customer walks into a shop to pickup an order. An employee props open the shop door, as the order is large and heavy, making opening the door difficult.
An unleashed adult dog sits in a chair behind the propped open door area.
As the customer waits for the owner to get their order, they notice the dog is now in the doorway, and then disappears down the street. The dog cannot be seen down the entire block, nor around the corner.
The dog is eventually found, but the owner blames the customer for letting the dog get out.
Who is at fault?
