What's being proposed by certain people in the #Fediverse (come as an individual human, speak in first person, show yourself, etc) only makes sense if you haven't seen the ways vulnerability has been twisted against people, especially neurodivergent transfem people, in the form of "lolcow" tags and smear campaigns as platforms get traction. There is no guarantee that #Mastodon won't become #Tumblr in time. I feel like I've seen too much to dare do those things. I realise I'm in the wrong place.
