Do you ever wonder for a moment why all the codebases outside #mastodon are languishing, it's simple they are fallowing mastodons lead into the #NGO world. This is such an obviously pointless and self-defeating path to take that am surprised few people are talking about this.
And what makes them pointless? It's because the #NGO world has no need for them to seceasde, as they have a leader, it's a hierarchy and being far away from the top means your only worth is ticking the diversity box.

Figure I'd shout a warning into the void - Just saw in my feed a 'verifyBot' trying to get me to click a link to 'verify' my account. Since I'm pretty sure that's not a thing and I doubt its actually from the Mastodon Team like it claimed, so I reported it.
