It is so weird that #Mastodon has invested the work to render posts that come with HTML from other ActivityPub implementations in nice looking ways but still refuses to allow its own users to enrich posts with any formatting because … reasons :(

@AngelaScholder @koen @PartijvoordeDieren De posts van de #PvdD op #Mastodon zijn openbaar. Als ik het goed het zijn de posts hetzelfde als op andere #socialmedia-platforms. Helaas reageert de PvdD niet op posts op Mastodon, althans ik kan me geen reactie herinneren.
Ik al blij met het zenden van posts op Mastodon, nu kan ik de social media-uitingen van de PvdD in ieder geval volgen zonder dat ik naar een platform moet waar ik niet wil zijn.
Als er ook gereageerd werd zou helemaal top zijn.
