Danke, @nona - ich denke, dass auf #Mastodon ehermehr progressive & auch emotional engagierte Menschen aktiv sind als im #Durchschnitt der Gesellschaft. Damit aber bilden wir eben auch eine mediale #Blase , inklusive der Gefahr, wiederum eigene #Vorurteile zu externalisieren.
Daher möchte ich auch gar nicht abstrafen, @rupdecat , sondern lieber zur #Reflektion aufrufen. #Dialog bedeutet ja immer auch, über sich selbst nachzudenken. Das #Fediversum ist klasse & wir können auch besser werden.

I wasn't expecting this, but using the #Linux CLI #Mastodon tool Toot, is a really nice way to catch up on my Fedi feeds.
It also seems really scriptable, so maybe I can find some interesting things to do with that.

Now that we have the #quote feature, I would like to know how usability patterns are changing in #mastodon
Specially considering we now have to click twice to boost even if quoting is not enabled.
And if we want to quote, we still have to click once to find out, because the original boost button now opens a modal to pick your choice.
Can we put both buttons one next to the other instead of the modal? I think even my fat fingers could manage to click on one or the other without mistake.

I've been sketching for years but haven't practiced drawing regularly. It's time to make it a new goal! 
I've always loved animation, I mean I literally search up behind the scenes storyboard art before it was finalized, mostly from my friends MarkDevil (I highly recommend checking him out, he's awesome) and Erik Wiese, I love his work in general and he's one of my main inspirations. I also adore expressive drawings and want to practice them as I go and there is way way more but I'd be here all day if I mentioned all of them lmao
I'm going to do simple doodles every day with a regular pencil, and I might post them on here if I'm comfortable. Hopefully very soon, I'll be buying custom 4B pencils and multiliner pens for drawing because I'll be starting out on paper way before I get back to digital, but also YouTube Tutorials of course, and I've been looking into these art books by an artist named Christopher Hart, and that's the exact art style that I want to go for as this journey goes on! (A separate post in the comments will show what I mean)

Bei Christdemokraten haten sie nur, aber bei ChristdemokratINNEN ticken einige völlig aus, höhnen, schimpfen, werten ab.

Erlebe das ja täglich. Hier auf #Mastodon hassen viele Menschen Christdemokraten & ChristdemokratINNEN sogar besonders. Leute, die sich selber für "gut", "aufgeklärt" & für "gebildet" halten sind oft sehr schlecht darin, ihre eigenen #Vorurteile zu erkennen.
Ich verstehe schon, warum sich Rechte UND Linke wünschen, dass ich die #Partei wechsele & dann wieder besser in ihren #Dualismus passe.
