今夜は紫キャベツとソーセージでボリュームアップしたペペロンチーノが主役
紫キャベツはアルカリに反応すると食欲を減退させる系の青に変色しちゃうので、ソーセージとは別に調理して、最後にさっと合わせたら良い感じでした
