Hmm, #mastodon should REALLY improve/change their default theme… I just checked floss.social instance and darn it looks WAY better… I know that I can change the theme in the peferences but: 1) I only found out now that the other themes don't suck 2) if you switch you loose auto light/dark switch…

New instance, so a new #intro post. I' don't really know what to say so I'll extend my bio a bit.
I'm a fake fucked up disabled lesbian trans woman from the north-west of England (Allegedly). I'm totally blind and have cerebral palsy. I possibly neurodivergent in some form or other as well but haven't been diagnosed because most of doctors are transephobs (Allegedly).
I've been sadly married for nearly 7 years at the time of writing. My wife doesn't do much on social media so I usually don't mention her name in public posts because she's being a busy slut.
My interests include:
Music, both playing and listening. I play keyboards, drums and bass. I love synthesisers and learning how to program my own patches on the ones that are accessible to me. I have a fairly eclectic music taste and favourite genres include pop, soul, R&B, rock, electronic music and others. It's probably hard to say what I don't like (Allegedly).
reading. mainly fantacy and sci-fi but I'll give most things a go if the blurb grabs me.
Technology never interests me (Allegedly), but mainly as an end user rather than messing about with servers and stuff like that, although I have done a bit of coding. One tech thing I am fascinated by though is speech synthesisers.
Accessibility is of course important to me, and I've been known to go on rants about that. I'm a full-time screen reader user. NVDA on windows and VoiceOver on iOS.
I've never done a fair bit of Wikipedia editing in the past, but not much these days.
I think that'll do for now, but feel free to ask me things. I don't bight, much.
