I think for more than a year now I see the same people on Mastodon who make it into the top of the Explore time line like at least once a week or sometimes almost every day or even every day and for more than a year they appear to keep not adding any ALT text to their images.

I thought that Mastodon was supposedly cool ?

Can we make it more cool ?

#GoToSocial will be updated to the latest version by tomorrow which will restore compatibility with #Mastodon.

We've been working on it all week, a few changes in the code have required us to make alterations to our systems and run a lot of tests and simulations.

Took a look at my server's privacy features and while it seems there's no option to make an account completely private (which seems more like a #mastodon feature, not sure) there is an option to make followers-only posts and to manually approve follower requests.

Guess I'll be using these two features more often from now on. The more you know
