Fedibird.com が PostgreSQLの容量を増やす対策をすると言う。
確かに、#Mastodon と言うかこの手のソーシャルメディアは、ある意味、投稿の入れ物。投稿者が投稿を消さない限り増え続ける。
prattohome.comは1人だけなのにPostgreSQLの容量は11Gを超えた。200Gのストレージなので、いずれは限界が来る。
Mastodon の機能には、古い投稿を消す仕組みもあったので、いずれは使うことになる。とりあえず、アーカイブで見れれば過去分はなんとかなるとは思う。
私も元はFedibirdに身を寄せていた身。投稿数の多い方は、おひとり様も選択肢の１つではないかとも思う。
Fedibird は活発なインスタンスなので、皆さんで支えましょう。

Compliment to Mastodon - it tells you when there is a duplicate option in the voting options in a poll -
Clever and useful. I found this out just now while copying and pasting answers and had two the same - so it saved me sending a incorrect poll out and wasting people's time with 2 votes the same.

Ich habe einen Bot erstellt und damit das #HallerTagblatt auf #mastodon geholt. Künftig werden jeweils morgens und abends die aktuellen Nachrichten aus #SchwäbischHall automatisch über den inoffiziellen Account @haller_tagblatt getrötet.
Ja, die Artikel sind nicht frei lesbar, aber guter (Lokal)Journalismus kostet Geld.
Tipp: über https://bib-bawue.genios.de/browse/Alle/Presse/Presse%20Deutschland/Haller%20Tagblatt kann mit mit den Zugangsdaten der Statdtbücherei kostenlos sehr viele Zeitungen lesen.

Erfreulich aber auch gestern hier in #Kirchzarten die Rückmeldung eines Mannes, der die Posts hier verfolgt, ohne einen eigenen Account zu haben.

coming back to the thought i had a month ago:
i don't find it desperate to be using hashtags anymore, it's just one way to get more exposure to the thoughts that i put out in the world.
it is needy when you put all the possible hashtags that can relate to the post that you make, but regardless, it's NECESSARY in mastodon to actually get yourself out there, and possibly get engagement. it's not evil.
