次の1.19を通じた段階的な実装を計画しており、今の時点では多分に実験的な機能です。
通知が送られる様にはなっており、最難関のハードルはクリアできていそうです。一方、暗号化された通知の復号処理は、今回の対応に含まれていません。
1.18 とにかく新しい通知が届いたことだけ表示。
1.19 通知の内容にまで踏み込んだ表示。
その他、「Mastodonタイムラインにも猫化を反映」にも修正が加わっています。
ようやくこの機能を実用レベルに改善出来たと思ってます。

#Mastodon is the closest I've found to the glory days of #LiveJournal, but it's always been missing one 𝘤𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 feature, and that was the "listening to" feature to add to posts (alongside the "current mood" feature)
Even if you're just listening to the tv, you put that. I really, really, really miss seeing what everyone was listening to!
