Now using an app made in Google AI studio that let me quickly summarize my timeline, a list or a hashtag for a certain period. Using Gemini 3 Flash. A timesaver to quickly get an overview of what is happening on Mastodon. All possible because of Mastodons open API's.

Ja und ich komme von Twitter bis Musk kam und bin dann auf Mastodon umgezogen.

I wish the hashtag entry "helper" in #Mastodon could be disabled, because it's the only thing that is truly terrible when using it on mobile¹.
I'm really not sure if anyone who implemented it has used it. Because if they have, and this is intentional, I really want to ask "who hurt you?"
¹ in particular, though destroying the exact capitalization that I specifically entered is really bad.

For whatever reason, mastodon.social and mastodon.online have decided to make their timelines non-public, and no longer viewable by those who aren't logged in. Because of this, I had to change my discoverfedi app, which now defaults to mstdn.jp, and indicates on the welcome screen that .social and .online have suddenly started hiding their timelines
Again, I'm not sure why they've done this, because if they're doing it, then others likely are, as well, and this will greatly damage discoverability and exploration for people looking to join the fediverse, because these are exceedingly large instances that *most* people are funneled to!
Never-the-less, discoverfedi trudges forward without them: https://discoverfedi.app

Pero no solo somos personas cansadas de que nos traten como basura.
Somos los que sí prestamos atención en clases.
Los que sí nos gusta la justicia.
Los que sí nos interesa la vida y el planeta.
Somos quienes usamos la ciencia para ayudar a los necesitados de todas las especies.
Somos quienes sí intervenimos, porque somos seres racionales, éticos y empáticos.
Porque al ser conscientes del daño, tenemos la obligación moral de responder.
A esas personas capitalistas y destructoras que dicen que, bajo ciertas condiciones, se deben seguir permitiendo los abusos, la violencia y las desigualdades —los mismos que solían decir que "así es la naturaleza"— les decimos: Su mayor violencia no es sólo lo que defienden, sino la ficción en la que viven. No soportan reconocerse como cómplices. Se aferran a lo superficialidad del ser perfecto, inmutable, siempre a salvo. Viven prestados en los discursos de otros, en discusiones ajenas y abstractas, desviando la atención del mundo real, de la sangre seca en las manos que no quieren mirar. Mientras, el verdadero conocimiento —aquel que une, que compasione, que sirve— lo han abandonado. Han olvidado que el propósito de saber no es ganar debates, sino cuidar la vida.
Nosotros no viviremos en su ficción.
Nosotros no delegaremos nuestra humanidad.
Por eso nuestro camino no es solo la resistencia.
Es pasar a la acción.
Es educar con el ejemplo, ser el ejemplo en persona.
Es ser la política en persona, asumir plenamente el rol de ser humano.
Es aprender, en cada acto, a ser humano.
Es tomar el control de la propia vida y, desde ahí, transformar todo lo que nos rodea.
