#LinkedIn ist auf die dunkle Seite gewechselt, ab dem 3. November ändert #Microsoft die Spielregeln. Und nutzt ALLES öffentliche um die eigenen generativen KI-Modelle zu trainieren.
#Microsoft nennt es „berechtigtes Interesse”, #GDPR Art. 6 (1) (f).
Die WP29-Gruppe (eine Art Vorläufer der EDPB) schrieb bereits 2014 in ihrer Analyse, dass „berechtigtes Interesse” NICHT für Zwecke verwendet werden darf, die weit über die angemessenen Erwartungen der betroffenen Person hinausgehen.

Om ni som jag helst inte vill att #linkedin ska ge AI-robotar access till er CV och övriga data måste ni stänga av det manuellt under ”Inställningar” (suck). Navigera till ”datasekretess” och välj ”Av” för ”data för förbättring av generativ AI”.
